More Wisconsin Trip!!

Our first night out without Layla was during our trip back. We went out on Grandpa Steve and Grandma Barb's boat. Grandpop and Grammy Noel watched Layla...Thank you for everything!!! We got to bring along Layla's cousins Amber and Nicholas. It was so nice of them to have us all out on the boat. It was a gorgeous night to boat down the river!!

Layla got to meet her Uncle Mark and Aunt Jenny. They couldn't wait to meet Layla!!! Thank you guys for everything;-) They love Layla SO much...it is so sweet! Such a great picture of the three of them!

Trip to Wisconsin....cont.

While we were in WI Layla got her first taste of a highchair and a sippy cup. She loves it!! Which is no surprise. We are waiting till 6 months to start rice cereal...I can't wait!! We had to get a few pictures while she was in Grammy and Grandpop Noel's highchair.

While we were visiting I got to watch Layla's cousin Amber's horseback riding lesson. It was her last one....I am glad I got to go. She did awesome!!!

Layla couldn't wait to meet her Grandpa Steve and Grandma Barb!! We went over to their house for a visit!

Layla also got to meet Great-Grammy Noel. It was a very special moment since they share the same birthday....they are 90 years apart...amazing!!

Trip to Wisconsin!

We just got back from Wisconsin a few days ago! We had a great time seeing family and friends.

Layla has become quite the world traveler. She has been on more plane rides then some people. On the way to WI Layla traveled great, but she didn't sleep hardly at all. We thought she would since we took a 5:30am flight; not the case. She did sleep on the layover in Atlanta;-) 


While visiting WI, Layla has started to scream/squeal in delight (most of the time!) On our flights back to FL she was definitely using her vocal cords...but she wasn't happy:-( The flights back were a little more challenging but all in all she traveled good.

While we were visiting WI Layla got a cold and had a stuffy nose all over again...but no cough!  She is finally feeling better.

We took so many pictures on our trip that I will have to post them separately over the next few days.

We started the trip with Layla's cousin Nicholas' 9th Birthday party. It was so nice to be in town for the party...it has been a long time since we were at one of their birthday parties.

I meet my girlfriend Jen for lunch and she got meet Layla...we wanted to get a picture with her and Layla but it was to late she was already sleeping.

I got to celebrate my 31st birthday while we were visiting. We decided to go to the zoo with Layla's cousins, Aunt Lisa and Grandpop. We had a great time!

5 Month Shots!

I can't believe that Layla is 5 months old already. Today we went in for her 5 month shots. She had her second Prevnar. I am glad we went to see the Dr.  since Layla has had a runny nose since Monday. I think she may have gotten it from Daddy. When Daddy got home from the Philippines he had some nasal congestion. Dr. Osman (Dr. Pat was on vacation) said that she had no chest congestion and she looked great!

More Layla and Sam....BF's!!!

This past weekend Grandpop Noel left to go home to WI. So we washed the sheets in the guest bedroom and as Daddy was making the bed he let Layla roll around on the bed. Sam decided to join Layla on the bed;-) It is so cute how Sam and Jackson protect Layla. Jackson has his own way of loving Layla....he likes to check on her when she is crying, it is so sweet. I can't wait to see how they react when she starts crawling!!
