Happy Halloween!!

We had a Great Halloween this year...except for the rain storm:( Layla's school Halloween parade made up for the weather outside! The best part was that Grandpop got to come too! This year Layla picked to be Doc McStuffins, she is a girl that is a Doctor for broken toys! Layla loves watching the show...its really cute! Layla is holding Lambie, one of Doc's stuffed animals! Layla was SO excited to wear her costume to school and see what all her friends were going to be dressed as;) For Nolan's first Halloween he was dressed as a dinosaur! Layla picked out the costume!

Layla was SO excited to carve and paint our Halloween pumpkins! It was Nolan's first Halloween among many firsts this holiday season. Layla gets very excited to show Nolan how to do things...like paint pumpkins;)

Nolan is doing great! He is a very Big Guy...proportioned perfectly but just a Big Guy:) He is such a sweet little boy. He smiles all day and his laugh is so cute, although he still does not sleep through the night! 
He has 6 teeth...4 on top and 2 on bottom!
Is crawling and pulling himself up on everything!
Loves to follow Layla around the house!

Is eating lots of solids...everything we eat!

Daddy Ran A Marathon!!

The Columbus Marathon!

We are incredibly proud of Daddy for running in his first full marathon...26.2 miles!! He did great and wasn't even out of breath when he finished. What an accomplishment! Daddy can show Layla and Nolan that with hard work and determination, you can accomplish any goal! The Marathon benefited Nationwide Children's Hospital and had 17,000 runners that participated, of which 8,000 ran the full Marathon! Congratulations...We Love You Daddy...GREAT JOB! 

Grandpa Steve came in for a quick visit to see Daddy finish the race. He surprised Daddy at the finish line! Thank you Grandpa Steve for coming and supporting Chad!
