Gifts!!

Auntie Katrina, Uncle Andrew and Grant sent Layla her Christmas gifts last week (poor Auntie Katrina had to wait SO long for a puzzle to get sent to her for Layla;-)!! Layla enjoyed getting a package in the mail and opening her presents. Thank you so much for all the thoughtful gifts!!  We Love You ALL!!

Layla's Friends and Hello Kitty!

It has been a surprisingly mild winter this year! So we have been able to get outside for a number of days to hang out with Layla's friends!! We spend a lot of time with our neighbors, Layla's friends, Molly (4) and Aiden (2) and their Mommy Christine(who also stays at home)!! We are so lucky to have such great neighbors!

  We even went to the Zoo and meet Layla's friend Nate and his Mommy Mel! Thanks for pics Mel!!

 Since Koala's sleep 22hrs a day, it is rare that you are able to see them awake much less walking around!! But we did...they both were awake and the Zookeeper had one climb down the tree! It was really something to see!

 Layla has been talking about rain boots for awhile now! If she sees a child wearing them she gets very excited and says.."They have rain boots"!! When we were at Target the other day we saw Hello Kitty rain boots!! They only had one left in Layla's size...so we got them:-) Layla loves them SO much...she wears them around the house;-) She got to wear them outside this past weekend since it was raining!

Happy 33rd Birthday Daddy!!

We celebrated Daddy's 33rd Birthday this past weekend! We got to spend the entire day with him since it was on Sunday!! We had a very relaxing day...that is what Daddy requested!

Then after a homemade birthday dinner we made for Daddy we had birthday cake! Layla was so cute and sang "Happy Birthday Daddy"...
