Thanksgiving fun in Wisconsin!

We went along with Grandpop to take Layla's cousin Josh to school. Grandpop takes him twice a week! Layla got to play with him for a little while before we had to drop him off! Layla played her first game of Sorry and she really liked it! She would flip over the card and yell out the number on each card! Josh couldn't believe she knew which number was which;-)

We watched Josh for the day! Layla absolutely adores and loves to play with her cousin! She consistently tries to hold his hand and hug him...it is really cute. Josh likes that he is older and can help Layla! We went to our favorite place...Kids in Motion. The kids had a great time:-)

That night we went to visit with Auntie Jenny and Uncle Mark! We had a great time as usual:-)

We also asked Auntie Jenny and Uncle Mark to be the Godparents to our Baby Boy! We are so excited to have them share a special part of his life. We are so blessed to have them in our lives and we know that they will be wonderful Godparents!

Thanksgiving in Wisconsin!

We had a nice time visiting family and friends in Wisconsin for Thanksgiving. This will be the last time visiting with a family of three! Since we will not be back for Christmas this year, cause Baby Brother will be arriving soon! 
Daddy left for deer hunting a few days after we arrived in Wisconsin. Before Daddy left we visited Grandpa Steve and Grandma Barb...we had a great time!

Grammy has a Mickey Mouse hat from Disneyland from when Mommy was a little girl!  Layla loves to put it on...the hat is more than 25 years old:-)

 We went to cousin Nicholas's basketball games...he played at Eisenhower (where Mommy went to High School), for an Eisenhower team. He will be starting Middle School at Eisenhower next year!!

After hearing the buzzer (which was pretty loud) a few times...Layla didn't want to watch anymore. Her and Grammy watched from outside the doors. She was pretty afraid and kept talking about it. For the second game, Layla and her cousin Josh played in the cafeteria!

 We stopped by Great-Grammy's to visit and give her some pictures!

Visit with Baby Lucas and Baby Mabel!

We were so excited to meet Baby Lucas (Layla's friend Nate's baby brother) for the first time! He was SO cute and precious:-) Layla had a great time playing with Nate! We had such a nice visit! Layla also was so sweet with Baby Lucas...when he cried Layla would say "Lucas needs a nukkie" and help give it to him! She also would give him toys, if she thought he was sad! It melted my heart...Layla is going to be such a big helper when her Baby Brother is born! We brought over a gift for Baby Lucas, which Layla and Nate helped open;-) There was no battery left in my camera...so I could only get one picture!

We also meet Baby Mabel (Layla's friend Ellie's little sister) for the first time! Layla was so gentle with her, she kept kissing her forehead and hands...it was so cute! We had a nice time with them and the girls had so much fun playing!

First time at the Dentist!!

Well it was time for Layla's first trip to the dentist! She did Great:-) Layla loves going to her doctor, but the dentist is a totally different experience...so I wasn't completely sure if she would let them clean her teeth! But she was a rock star and let them do everything...cleaning and polishing! Dr. Anderson was great!..and so was Layla's hygienist:-) Layla thought it was a lot of fun! Layla brought her dinosaur to have his teeth cleaned too!:-)
