6 Month Dr. Apt.!!!

Last week Thursday Layla had her 6 month old well check appointment with Dr. Pat. She said Layla looked great!! She now weighs in at...17lbs 5oz which puts her around the 70th percentile. She is 26.2 inches tall (65th percentile) and has a head circumference of 44.1 (85th percentile). She has grown so much!!

In the last week Layla has started to say "ma" "ba" and "da", it is very random but we love it when it happens;-)  She laughs and smiles all the time. Whenever we are out and about we always get people telling us what a happy baby she is!!

Layla started to eat bananas...she loves them. We also tried avocados, she is not to sure about them. She doesn't seem to like them all that much. I hope one day she does...we love avocados!! Next we will introduce pears and then squash. We really enjoy making our own baby food!!!
