Welcome to the World Baby Nolan!!

Baby Nolan has finally arrived!! He decided that a 1pm csection was to late in the day...he wanted to make his grand appearance to the world a little early! At about 5:30 in the morning of Friday, January 11th, Mommy's water broke! (So Happy Grandpop was there to watch Layla) We rushed to the hospital, since Nolan was breech Mommy had to have a csection, which made us both very worried about how much time we had. When we got to the hospital Mommy started having contractions...which lasted about an hour, till the doctor on call and the anesthesiologist arrived. Then it was time, the surgery went well and Dr. Jenkins was a wonderful doctor! Since Mommy tummy wasn't that large, so Dr. Jenkins said that he thought that Nolan would be at most 7 pounds! When Dr. Jenkins delivered Nolan...he said "Holy Cow he's a BIG Baby, where did you hide him?"!! 
Mommy and Daddy were so excited to meet our little baby boy Nolan! Welcome to the world Baby Brother Nolan! We Love you more than words can say! We were in such a rush to get into the hospital we didn't have our camera in the delivery room...so happy that Daddy remembered his cell phone!!

8lbs 12oz, 21 inches

 After a few hours in recovery we got to go to our room!

 We think he looks just like Layla as a baby...except more like a boy!

We had to put on his Wisconsin booties!

 That afternoon Baby Nolan got to meet for the first time his Big Sister Layla 

and his Grandpop!! Grandpop brought flowers and a balloon from him and Grammy!! Thank you!

 Layla could not wait to meet her new Baby Brother!

She was so excited that the hospital gave her a sticker that said..."I'm a Big Sister" and that she could finally wear her Big Sister shirt!
