Memorial Day Weekend!

We had a nice long Memorial Day weekend! It was great to have Daddy home for three days!;-) We went on lots of bike rides, visited many parks and had a cookout with our neighbors! Ir was a very Hot weekend...temperatures in the 90's, it felt like Florida!

On Memorial Day we rode our bikes up a park by our house that was honoring our Veterans....with 2,500 American Flags. Each flag had a name of a fallen hero...Thank you to all have served our country and who currently serve!

Layla and I were so happy we got to spend the morning with my good friend Kelly and her daughter, Madison...Layla's friend:-)! It was so nice to catch up with Kelly while the girls played:-) We miss them so much!  We had a great time...the girls had a blast playing together! We can't wait for our next play date and Madison's Birthday party...XOXO!

We went over to Uncle Mark and Auntie Jenny's for a delicious dinner! Thank you so much, for another wonderful dinner:-) Grandpa Steve and Grandma Barb were also there. It was nice visiting with everyone. Layla loved to run and kick her ball in their backyard...she had a blast!

My good friend Nichol, Layla's Auntie Nichol, stopped over for a quick visit! She always has such cute gifts for Layla...Thank You! She gave Layla Hello Kitty sunglasses that light up! Layla was SO excited!

We watched Josh twice this visit...which Layla enjoys every minute of it! We decided to head to the Zoo!

Layla's cousin Amber's birthday was a few days after we were leaving to go home, so we gave her a cupcake and her present! Happy Birthday Amber!
