Layla's friend Molly's Bday Party!

We are so lucky to have such great neighbors! Layla's loves to spend time with our next door neighbors, Molly and Aiden. She was so excited when she found out that Molly was having a birthday party! On the day of her party when Layla woke up from her nap, the first thing she said was..."Molly's Birthday party is today"..So cute! The party was at a park down the road from our house! Layla had a blast;-) It was a Strawberry Shortcake theme! Now all Layla talks about is Strawberry Shortcake...no surprise there!

What a BIG Helper!

Layla wants to help with everything! She feeds the dogs everyday...among other "chores"! So when we got some new flowers from the store she insisted she help plant them! She had to wear her fireman hat and a pair of Mommy's gloves...too funny!

When we got back from Wisconsin we went over to Ellie and Amanda's house to hang out. It was very hot...so we brought out the pool! Layla always has a good time with anything that has to do with water!! We are very excited for Ellie...she will a BIG sister in October!!

We went over to Great-Grammy's for our usual dinner and a lunch! Layla leads us down the hall and knows which apartment Great-Grammy lives...it is so cute!

We had a great time in Wisconsin...we miss everyone already! We got to see so many people and many times forgot our camera. We had a great time with Auntie Jenny, Uncle Mark and Grandma Barb! We also visited Grandma Jan and it was nice spending time with her. The next time we visit will probably be over Thanksgiving...it feels like an eternity away:-(

Summerfest!

We decided to take Layla to Summerfest, since Chad got some free tickets through work! We haven't been there since we moved out of state. We walked around, ate some food and Layla went down a few slides;-) Layla enjoyed people watching...and so did we!! There is actually a big kids area...never new it existed;-)

Cousin Joshua's 4th Birthday Party!

Layla was SO excited to be able to go to her cousin Joshua's 4th birthday party! It was a superhero theme party! Layla knows all about Batman and Spider-man now because of her cousin;-) The party started by everyone making their own mask!
