Pumpkin Patch and Apple Picking!!

We absolutely Love Fall...we really missed it when we lived in Florida! We went to Lynn's farm to go apple picking and to find the perfect pumpkins! Layla was very excited:-) She couldn't wait to pick out a pumpkin for her and baby brother! It rained the night before so the patch was muddy and full of puddles...but Layla made sure that all of us did not step in any puddles;-)

Swim Class!

Layla and Daddy are taking swim class again!! Layla can't wait for Thursday to come around! She always says to Daddy when he gets home on Thursday.."Are you ready for swim class?" It is SO cute! It is by far her favorite of all the classes she is in, and we are taking a lot of classes this Fall!! Layla and Mommy are still in Gymboree, and we are also in two classes at the Community Center...a music class and Jump Bunch (a toddler exercise class) with Layla's friend/neighbor Aiden his Mommy, Christine!

Layla's BIG GIRL Bed!!!

Layla was SO excited about her BIG GIRL bed!! We decided it was the right time! We wanted her to be comfortable in her own bed before Baby Brother arrived! Plus it was SO nice of Layla to give Baby Brother her crib and furniture!;-) Grammy and Grandpop got Layla all new furniture (including a BIG BIG Girl bed)...Thank You Both SO much...it is greatly appreciated!! We decided to start Layla off in a smaller Big Girl bed!

Layla had to "go to the store first" before helping Daddy put her bed together.

Her imagination has blossomed...it is absolutely adorable! She is always going somewhere....the store, school or park!

Good Night Mommy and Daddy!

Layla has been doing Great in her new Big Girl Bed! The first night was filled with many stops in her room for reassurance! But ever since she is staying in her bed all night and calling us in the morning to get up!
Although her napping has gone away...she still goes in her room for quiet time! In hopes that she will start napping again;-)
